Welcome to the website of Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association of Commonwealth of Independent States. The primary goals of our website is to enhance the level of information transparency and availability, to provide sufficient information about our association, its history, present day and the people who work with one of the largest public societies of surgeons in the post-Soviet space.Hepato-pancreato-biliary Association is a professional association of experts, whose daily work is related to the state-off-the-art knowledge-intensive innovative technologies. Today’s society demands high education and professional training levels, especially in surgery. Through development of the best traditions of the Russian surgery school, we seek to ensure science-based high-quality rendering of specialized surgical aid to patients with diseases of hepato-pancreato-biliary organs.
