  1. The magazine performs peer review of all submitted articles corresponding to its subject. All reviewers are acknowledged experts on the subject of peer-reviewed materials and have publications for the last 3 years. Reviews are stored in publishing house and editorial office for 5 years.

Reviews contain answers following questions:

a Whether the paper is sufficiently original and up-to-date?

b Whether the methods used were adequate enough to objectives and whether these methods were modern?

c What results were obtained and whether they follow from the conducted studies; were the conclusions argumentative?

d What is the scientific and practical value of the paper; paper’s compliance with ethical standards.

e Whether the statistical analysis was adequate?

f Were the literature data presented sufficiently?

g Whether the paper is recommended for publication, can not be published, requires corrections or additional review?

h Does the paper require comments from a reviewer or editorial board?

 

  1. The editorial board addresses to the authors of submitted materials copies of reviews or reasoned refusal, and it is also obliged to send copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation if corresponding request will be obtained by editorial board.
